You want to give your baby the love and security you didn’t always have — but how do you do that while managing exhaustion, stress, and anxiety?
Here’s the truth: Generational trauma may have shaped us, but it does NOT define us.
At The Baby Bliss Collective, we give WOC and new moms the tools to heal from the inside out so you can show up for yourself and your baby with confidence, clarity, and peace.
Using simple, body based techniques, we help you shift from
stressed and anxious
to
regulated and empowered
in ways that fit into your busy life.
This is your moment to break the cycle. To choose healing over survival.
To give yourself and your baby the emotional foundation you both deserve.

Pediatric Physical Therapist,
Fellow Woman of Color,
& Mental Health Care Advocate
I am a pediatric physical therapist and a woman of color who understands, both professionally and personally, how deeply our early experiences shape the way we move through life and motherhood.
Growing up, I became aware of the subtle and not-so-subtle ways emotions in my multicultural life were misunderstood, dismissed, or left unspoken. Like many women, especially women of color, I learned how to be strong, capable, and high achieving while quietly carrying anxiety, overwhelm, and the pressure to hold everything together.
And while I avoided my feelings, used food and mindless scrolling to cope with my emotions, and did everything I could to not deal with the generational trauma in my life, there came a point where I couldn't handle it all anymore. So, instead of ignoring the truth, I became deeply curious about healing.
I wanted to understand how the body stores stress, how the nervous system responds to emotional experiences, and how we can create safety from the inside out & through an aligned community.
This curiosity led me into pediatric physical therapy, where I began working closely with babies and families. Over time, I saw something powerful: movement is not just physical. It is emotional. It is relational. It is foundational to how both mothers and babies feel connected, regulated, and secure.
At the same time, I have always been an explorer at heart. Traveling, experiencing new cultures, and stepping into unfamiliar environments taught me how growth often happens when we allow ourselves to expand beyond what feels comfortable. Movement across places, identities, and emotional landscapes has been a central theme in my life.
Now, as a new mother myself, my work has taken on even deeper meaning. Motherhood has become a living, breathing part of my own generational healing journey. It has invited me to slow down, listen more closely, and consciously choose the kind of emotional environment I want to create for my baby girl.
I know what it feels like to want to break generational patterns.
To want to show up calm and present… but feel overstimulated and unsure how.
To love your baby deeply and still need support.
That is why I created the Baby Bliss Collective
Through this work, I get to help mothers, especially women of color, learn how to regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and feel emotionally safe in motherhood.
Because when a mother feels supported and grounded, her baby naturally experiences more connection, security, and ease.
This is not just about exercises or strategies.
It is about creating a new legacy of emotional awareness, presence, and healing for the next generation while keeping all the magical aspects of our cultures.
If you are here, you are likely someone who cares deeply.
Someone who is ready to grow.
Someone who wants motherhood to feel meaningful, connected, and aligned.
And I am deeply honored to walk alongside you.
