THE HOW: In just 5-10 minutes, you'll gently learn how to name what you're feeling (something we WOC didn't experience easily growing up), figure out where you're holding those emotions in your body, move through them with unique & tailored exercises and breath work, & emotional freedom tapping to create and focus on the feelings that serve you as a new mom and woman of color. Over time, this becomes a skill you can take with you anywhere, anytime that you'll be able to do in 1-5 minutes. You will be amazed at how easy it is to no longer feel stuck in hard moments or lost in motherhood
